Mutual Evaluations

Publication of Mutual Evaluation and Mutual Evaluation Follow-Up Reports

Mutual evaluation reports

All GLOBNET mutual evaluation reports are published on this website after undergoing a thorough and rigorous peer review process.

Following the discussion and adoption of a mutual evaluation report at an GLOBNET plenary meeting, reports are provided to the GLOBNET-RMLCBA , FSRBs and other assessment bodies for consideration in a "Global Quality and Consistency Review" process. Following completion of that process, reports and executive summaries are published on the GLOBNET ’s website.

Mutual evaluation follow-up reports

Regular follow-up reports, and fifth year follow-up assessment reports (five years after the original mutual evaluation report) are published. The GLOBNET membership retains flexibility on the frequency with which enhanced follow-up reports are published. Technical compliance analysis reports are published as ratings are upgraded. Analysis of effectiveness is included in the publication of the 5th year follow‑up assessment. If requested by a member, a link will be provided from the GLOBNET website to a website of the member on which it has placed additional updates or other information relevant to the actions it has taken to enhance its AML/CFT system, including for effectiveness.

All available mutual evaluation follow-up reports can be accessed via the Documents section of this website, under both Mutual Evaluations and Members and Observers.
